Delayed actions in shop

I at least have the problem of navigating very slowly between parts of the shop (the tabs, claiming something from the shop etc). Everywhere else the game responds fast and it's okay. I even use the lowest graphics if that matters. As an example, let's say that I want to claim something from the challenge tab. From the time I press to claim the reward and the time the reward appears on my screen, 3-4 seconds pass. More so, when I press continue, the game takes a few seconds to process my input. Again, I would've said that this may be a device issue but the rest of the game works well and is very responsive.
